John:JUST LEASED A 2012 HYUNDAI SONTA SE My experience ar Advantage Hyundai was great. You go into a dealer to buy a new car and you have this idea in your head that the experience will be pressured and horrible. Jesus and the staff behind him at Advantage Hyundai shed my ideas immediately. They could not help me enough. They worked with me with my trade-in, negotation of my lease, actual paperwork and walking me through my new 2012 Sonata SE in a friendly, down to earth and professional manner

My wife and I recently bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and dealt with a salesperson named Joe Miculli. Joe was great to work with and extremely patient as we test drove just about everything before settling on the Sonata. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and at no point did he rush us or put the sales squeeze on us. The first time we visited the dealership when we were leaving we thought we would be pressured into a deal before leaving but it was not the case. We returned a second time test drove some more and the made the purchase. I would highly recommend Joe to any friends and family who are looking for a car. I have not yet needed to use the service department but will let you know how that goes

We aquired three new vehicles from Advantage Hyundai within the last year. Our sales person in each deal was Adrian P. He was exremely patient, kind and understanding while providing us a fair deal. His customers service skill should be commended and recognized. Three other personnel with whom we had personal cantact with also exemplified the true meaning of excellent customer service, Manuel Herrara and Jaclyn Vitanza in the service dept.,as well as Joe T. in the F& I department. Their professional, friendly and helpful attitude provided us with a pleasant buying and service experience. During our visits we could not help but notice an apparent attention to customer service details throughout the general facility, on the sales floor, at the service department and even at the car wash. .....Oh, did I mention the cars are great too!

I have leasesd 4 Hyundais 2 Azeras and 2 Genesis sedans from Advanage Hyundai over the past few years. I purchased one of them back at the end of the lease. Their sales and service staff are knowledgeable, courteous, fair on prices as well as great on their maintenance service. I can't believe that there is a better all around Hyundai dealership in the greater New Yok area.
