I purchased a 2007 certified new Hyundai Tucson with an extended warranty. After having the car for a month I noticed a noise when I shifted and also a humming sound when I first drove the car in the morning. I took it to the service department and dealt with Jonathan. My experience with Hyundai even though I had to leave the car was a wonderful experience because of Jonathan. He went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible. An employee like Jonathan is an asset to your company. My car was fixed and everything was covered under the warranty. I will definitely continue dealing with Hyundai of valley Stream for all future car purchases and service because of my experience with Jonathan.

My husband and I were greeted by a very professional and friendly staff.Eric Newberg was exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgable, and extremely efficient in all areas of our lease purchase of the Sonata. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Meaning from the time we walked in the door, to where we were discussing our options, our decision, the finance aspect and all paper work that applied. We would definitely recommend Valley Stream Hyundai to any and all that will listen. Best Ever!

Went into the dealer based upon initial phone call I placed for leasing a new car for my son. When we arrived, the quote over the phone was denied for the car we requested. I asked to speak with the manager and was introduced to Steven. We sat and spoke and I explained the situation. He brought Michelle (manager) into the conversation. As I was negotiating, I knew, in my mind, it was impossible for them to deliver the car price I was quoted. I had searched it out with multiple other dealers and new the person on the phone gave me an incorrect quote. I still was persistant and they were understanding. After all was said and done, they delivered a quality car at an excellent price. I got the car for my son. After we left, I called Michelle and asked her to search for an upgrade to the car so that I can surprise my son when we picked it up. Knowing at the time of purchase the upgrade where few and far between. She called me back the next day saying she located the car and would be able to trade a car in stock. I was very appreciative. They were a class act in the way they handled themselves and delivered what I wanted. Hard to find these days. I informed them that when my present car comes off lease, they will be the first I visit for their luxury line.

MY RECENT EXPERIENCE AT VALLEY STREAM HYUNDAI DEFINATELY WAY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I WENT IN VERY UNSURE OF EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED OR WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST OPTION FOR ME BUT MY SALESMAN STEVE FERNANDEZ WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE 2 CARS I WAS INTERESTED IN AND VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT HE THOUGHT WOULD BE BEST FOR ME. I worked with Michelle and Steve Fernandez in regards to the purchase of my new Hyundai Sonata, which I love so much. The car would have been the same anywhere I went, but the service i received from Valley Stream Hyundai was amazing. Steve helped me with every question I had about the car and then some. He was great and I also dealt with Michelle over the phone whom helped out when possible. She was a great help and I feel that I was treated like family there. I absolutely recommend this dealership for any and all shoppers.
